As an official partner studio, we use original BetterMe Pilates accessories throughout our classes, including Pilates rings, resistance bands, Pilates balls and yoga blocks. Made from durable, non-toxic and hypoallergenic materials, they're designed to provide comfort, stability and performance while supporting a safe and effective workout.
These accessories complement our Reformer, Mat, Barre and Yoga classes, adding variety, challenge and precision to every session. Just as with Pilates equipment, the quality of the accessories you use matters. Poorly made or unstable equipment can increase the risk of slipping, tearing or unnecessary strain on the body.
