Room 1 is a spacious, minimalist movement studio, fully equipped with 10 HUGO BOSS memory foam mats for maximum comfort. It features a professional ceiling sound system, a modern ventilation system and blackout blinds, creating the perfect environment for every practice. This is where you'll find our Mat Pilates, Yoga, Hot Pilates, Barre, Stretching and other movement classes.

Our studio features a welcoming reception area, a cosy lounge space, and a spacious changing room equipped with everything you need to freshen up after class, including a well-lit mirror, and a touch-up station with make-up essentials and micellar water. You'll also find a complimentary tea and coffee corner, perfect for relaxing after your session. 

Please note that, at this stage, the studio does not have shower facilities.

Room 2 is an intimate boutique space dedicated entirely to Reformer Pilates. It is equipped with six original Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, a professional sound system, modern ventilation and sheer curtains for a calm, private atmosphere. Designed for small-group training, the studio allows for personalised attention and precise guidance through every movement.
